We do not conduct investigations – we only accept entries for individuals with existing, publicly available information.

Admin Update: We are aware of an issue with people not able to use the Submission form. We implemented a new Submission Form tool on Friday September 4th at 9:00 PM Eastern that will hopefully resolve the technical issues you have been experiencing.
